Sometime in the second decade of the twenty-first century, in an evening, when the first stars in the sky were still bidding adieu to the departing dusk, Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy was addressing a group of people in a very calm and serene ambiance. Dr. Satpathy said, ‘when I look at where I stand today, I see that I have many years of experience but am still learning, and have much less time to disseminate what I could learn over the years. Time is what I am running short of today…’
